These terms cover the JobRescue launch offer, operated as a subsidiary of Level 5 Lifestyle Distributors, Ltd.

Launch service

JobRescue helps participating businesses follow up missed calls, collect job details, and receive alerts. Launch support may include hands-on setup while the missed-call workflow is configured for your business.

Payment

The launch offer is GBP 99 for the first month, then GBP 149 per month if you continue. There is no lock-in. You can cancel future service by emailing us.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business details, approving any customer-facing copy, and making sure the missed-call setup is suitable for your business and customers.

Availability

We aim to run the service reliably, but no missed-call system can guarantee that every opportunity will be recovered. JobRescue is a backup layer, not a replacement for normal phone answering.
